I have an idea for a new crafting recipie! Empty I have an idea for a new crafting recipie!

The recipie could be two same types of any stairs, side by side, and the block could be Canal. It could look like two stairs facing each other, but fit into only one black. It's function is carrying water/lava, and could stream water down both open sides, but not stream the water over the two sides like regularly. What do you think? It would be easier to make aquaducts this way.
