Are we allowed to report people that have abused creative in te past so you can keep
an wleye on them? Sometimes I get annoyed, looking back on the way people have abused creative so I would like to know if it would be ok to tell (in private) the usernames of persons that have abused it before secretly.

Yes that is perfectly acceptable but if it is an event that happened a long long time ago we probably won't act. But it is good to know about these things
